Praise Dance is good for you!

Praise Dance is not only good for you but it helps you to feel great! It is a wonderful form of worship and exercise which benefits your whole body.  Dancing and praising God once or twice a week for 20 minutes or more will make a difference to your mind, body and spirit.

 

Listed below are a few good reasons which proves Praise dance and exercise is good for you:
