Need a Boost of Motivation?

Dancer's need more than energy to bring forth a dance. We also need motivation to stay in tune with the spirit and remain on target with our goals.

 

Don’t allow the enemy to steal your joy and take away your praise because you are going through a test or trial. Find ways to stay motivated to dance through your tribulations.

 

      Here are just a few great tips to Boost your motivation

      in Dance:

 

  • Read a scripture a day -. There is no greater motivator than reading your bible. This will give you peace in your spirit and direction on how to handle the many challenges you are facing.

 

  • Make prayer a daily part of your life. Prayer is vital for dancers. It turns the non-existing into something,making the impossible a miracle.
  • Don't worry - Try not to dwell on the things that go wrong. Concentrate on your success.

 

  • Meditate - This is a great way to get back in tune with your inner self and renew your spirit. There really isn't a set time or way to do it because you are taking care of you. One of the benefits includes a refresher for your spirit to gain increased creativity. 

 

  • Exercise - This not only boosts your motivation, it also reduces stress and helps you to live a long healthy life.
